Lenny’s Sub Shop Opens on Purdue Campus
New Restaurant Brings Authentic Philly Cheesesteaks and The Deli Fresh Experience™ to West Lafayette, IN

(Memphis, TN) Lenny’s Sub Shop, one of the fastest growing sub sandwich chains in the country, is now open in West Lafayette, IN at 135 S. Chauncey Avenue on the campus of Purdue University. The restaurant is the first in the area and 3rd Lenny’s Sub Shop in Indiana.

Franchisee of the location, Marc Foods, LLC – owned solely by Bob Vargo – plans to start with this one location, though aspires to own as many as 3 Lenny’s Sub Shops in the next 5 years. Bob first learned of Lenny’s when he visited the Carmel, IN location back in 2008. Looking for a business he could start with his son, Mark Vargo, at the head of operations, Bob was overwhelmed by the quality of the product and the simplicity of the operation, and thus decided to become a franchisee.

This new Lenny’s Sub Shop location serves hot and cold sandwiches and a variety of salads, seven days a week. Delivery and catering are also offered at this location. Lenny’s opens at 10AM and closes at midnight. For more information or to place an order, call 765-743-6468.
